Hello, and thank you for visiting! Fomato is a card line inspired by watercolor, Japanese stationery and human beings. The cards are created by Emmie Hsu, who grew up in Kansas and spent summers in Taiwan, where she and her sisters wandered around eating street food, petting stray dogs and scratching their 200+ mosquito bites, and then going into stationery stores and rubbing their grimy hands all over beautiful notebooks, stationery and stickers. The interesting items they drooled over in those shops inspired this line. A note regarding sleeves: Letterpress cards and watercolor cards are sleeved. Random Topic Cards are unsleeved, due to words & images on the insides and backs of the cards. We are happy to sleeve the cards upon request, at no extra cost, but please note that the birthday greetings will be hidden on most cards. Thanks very much!
