In the Saròrosa farm, varieties of medicinal plants are grown, organically and by hand , including lavender, mint, lemon balm, chamomile, rosemary and aloe; extra virgin olive oil is also produced . The idea behind the project is to transform the harvest into essential oils, oleolites, extracts and gels , in addition to the spontaneous collection of wild medicinal plants. These precious preparations are used for food and cosmetic use and the Company's objective is to self-produce all the ingredients of its products. Part of the harvest is destined for herbal teas : the harvesting and processing are done by hand, as is the packaging. An artisanal work that ensures loving care of the plant.
