The skincare "industry" is saturated with good and bad advice, truth and falsehoods, and a lot of general misinformation. As a dermatologist (medical doctor and surgeon), I'm often called on to evaluate and treat "botched" injections, surgeries and emergency room rashes. I'm also asked to evaluate skincare regimens and give my thumbs-up or down based on that person's specific needs and sensitivities. We are not all the same. I started my product line with one cream - it was for dry hands and it worked so well that a local pharmacy bought a bunch to sell at their store. Then patients started asking for more skincare items that I could make just for them. Everything I make has come from that beginning - with a specific issue and sensitivity at the forefront of every product formula that I've made. My products are heavily loaded with antioxidants and deep hydrators. My goals are to make skincare that will withstand the test of our personal variables as well as our changing climatict impacts on skin health. I chose to work with a trusted Korean chemist, pharmacist and crafting team since their ingredient-sourcing, production standards, and quality assurance for skincare products is rivaled worldwide.
