La Savonnière is above all a family story and passion. It was in 2008 in Charente (16) South West of France that we created La Savonnière. In 2008, the first artisanal soaps were created with organic argan oil, organic donkey milk, organic shea butter, and organic prickly pear, followed by body milks and exfoliants. The first sales are in the markets in the Southwest, and Paris, then will come the network of distributors of organic stores, parapharmacy in France and part of Europe. Our long-term commitment with our suppliers (Morocco, Burkina Faso, France) and subcontractors, allowed us to promote organic and/ or natural products with unique virtues, guaranteeing total traceability, controlled quality. We select, buy, control the quality of organic raw materials: argan, shea butter, macerated prickly pear. Some of our organic products are Natrue certified. We are also committed to sustainable development through the association Marocavie (argan oil) to which we donate a percentage of our turnover. Our shea butter comes from a women’s cooperative with which we practice «fair trade».
