My name is Bella and Be Wholesome is a hand designed & sustainable wellness brand focused on mental health, with its first product being a prompted journal that gets you focusing on yourself and what makes you happy & the newest products being positive affirmation cards and a 'weeds & seeds' organisational to do list. My ethos is to make mental health resources more accessible, while also making sure sustainability and eco-friendly products are at the forefront. I also donate 10% profits to Mind mental health charity. I started Be Wholesome going through a difficult time with my own mental health and finding journalling a really helpful way to process my feelings. I couldn't find an existing journal on the market that worked for me, that didn't feel gimmicky or like too much pressure to complete every day.
